Are you a proven sales professional with a passion for financial services, investment planning, and helping clients reach their goals? Kim Varnadore State Farm is seeking a Financial Services Representative who combines financial acumen with a results-oriented sales mindset.
This is a fully licensed position (Life & Health required; FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred). If you are not yet fully licensed, you must be willing to obtain the necessary credentials—with our full support and guidance.
Role Description
As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll help clients protect and grow their wealth through tailored insurance and investment solutions. You’ll build lasting relationships, provide financial planning advice, and drive sales that make a measurable impact—for both your clients and your career.
Key Responsibilities

Generate New Business – Market and sell life, health, and financial products that fit clients’ evolving needs.

Consult & Advise – Provide personalized financial guidance on portfolio management, asset allocation, and retirement strategies.

Build Relationships – Develop and manage a strong book of business through trust, results, and exceptional service.

Stay Compliant – Maintain awareness of financial regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications

Sales-dominant mindset with a proven record in financial product or insurance sales.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services or investment advising preferred.
- Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills.

Life & Health license required; FINRA Series 7 and 63 strongly preferred.
- Motivated by performance goals, client success, and income potential.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
