Kim Varnadore State Farm is looking for an Insurance Account Representative with the passion and energy to grow our agency’s success through proactive sales and excellent client care.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full support and guidance from our agency.
Role Description
As an Insurance Account Representative, you’ll play a key role in growing our agency through meaningful customer connections and strategic sales. You’ll educate clients on insurance solutions, guide them through policy decisions, and ensure every interaction builds long-term trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Growth – Engage new and existing customers to identify needs and sell appropriate insurance solutions.

Consult & Educate – Explain products confidently, helping clients make informed financial decisions.

Build Loyalty – Strengthen customer relationships through consistent communication and proactive follow-up.

Support Operations – Process applications, renewals, and service requests while maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- A sales-dominant mindset with the drive to exceed goals and earn results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Prior experience in insurance or sales preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
