The Kim Varnadore State Farm Agency is hiring an Insurance Account Representative with the drive, confidence, and energy to fuel agency growth through strategic sales and exceptional client care.
This is a licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you aren’t licensed yet, you must be willing to obtain both—with full support and guided training provided.
Role Description
As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be a key contributor to our agency’s success—engaging clients, identifying needs, and selling personalized insurance solutions that make a real difference. You’ll conduct meaningful conversations, guide clients through coverage decisions, and strengthen long-term relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.

Engage new and existing customers, uncover their needs, and sell appropriate insurance products with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications
- A sales-dominant mindset with the drive to exceed goals and maximize earning potential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in insurance or sales preferred
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain with agency support)
