Insurance & Financial Services Representative – Sales Leadership Opportunity
The Varnadore Agency – State Farm Insurance
Are you a driven, competitive, and results-oriented professional looking to accelerate your sales career? The Varnadore Agency is seeking a high-performing Insurance & Financial Services Representative who excels at building relationships, closing business, and guiding clients toward long-term financial security.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). Candidates with FINRA Series 6, 63, or 65 are strongly preferred. Not yet licensed? We’ll support you through the process so you can hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do
Drive New Business
Proactively market insurance and financial products, generate leads, and close sales with confidence and consistency.
Consult & Build Relationships
Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their goals and deliver tailored insurance and financial solutions.
Develop Financial Portfolios
Assist clients with retirement planning, investment strategies, wealth protection, and long-term financial planning.
Lead Through Expertise
Stay current on market trends, product updates, and regulatory changes so every client receives informed, future-focused guidance.
What We’re Looking For
- A sales-dominant mindset with 3+ years of success in insurance, financial services, or similar high-performance environments
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales goals
- Strong communication, networking, and consultative selling skills

Active P&C and Life & Health licenses required

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
